at Tajima level
At Freie Form we embroider on machines from Tajima, a global benchmark for industrial embroidery. Our modern machine park is designed for single pieces as well as large series.
Precise needle guidance and constant thread tension ensure that even the smallest elements and fine lettering are reproduced cleanly and legibly. We digitise every design to suit the textile, for sharp contours and even fills.
With a capacity of up to 1,000 pieces per day, we also handle large and urgent orders quickly and reliably. Several machines run in parallel, and embroidery sample approval and ongoing quality control ensure consistent results.

Sustainable textile finishing:
Our responsibility
for the environment
Sustainability starts in our embroidery shop itself: with the energy every embroidery job needs and with the materials we work with.
Where it makes sense, we embroider with threads made from recycled raw materials, for example Polyneon Green from Madeira. It is made of 100 % recycled polyester from PET bottles and is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. According to Madeira, its patented dyeing process saves around 60 % of water and energy. Over 70 % of Madeira threads come from the main plant in Germany, so they travel short distances. Gunold also supplies its threads mostly from the EU.
Conventional embroidery backings often contain polyester fibres that come loose during washing and end up in the environment as microplastics. That is why we use the Green Line backings from Gunold. Depending on the application, they are made of viscose, cellulose, compostable PLA or recycled polyester.
Our Tajima embroidery machines stitch fast and flawlessly, which saves energy per garment.

2. Order
Thank you for your trust! We are happy to send you samples in advance to help you choose sizes. You will also receive a pre-production sample of your embroidery in a passe-partout for review and your records. Once everything is to your satisfaction, you order with just a few clicks in the web shop we set up for you.
3. Production & delivery
Now it’s our turn! We order the blank textiles and start embroidering as quickly as possible. We ship with DHL and UPS – and by express if you are in a hurry.
4. Reorder
Need more? The web shop set up for you makes your workflow much easier. With one click you can access your personalised items, view previous orders and create cost centres and delivery addresses yourself.
