Sample service
We would be happy to provide you with appropriate product samples for 14 days in response to your request.
The following points apply to this:

Articles that we send you for sampling will be charged at the industry price stated on the article page plus any postage costs that may arise and 19% VAT.

If you send us the goods back, you will receive a credit for the value of the goods after the return has been processed, with 25% handling costs deducted, but at least 15.00 EUR (plus 19% VAT) per original delivery plus shipping and handling.

For technical reasons, it is not possible to take back sampled shirts and blouses.

We will charge you for damaged or soiled samples at the industry price stated on the article page and the transport costs incurred.
If in doubt, simply ask one of our employees about the exact sample service conditions, we will be happy to help you with this.
Shipment
We ship your goods with the following options:

Standard Shipping
Usually shipping with UPS, delivery time 1-3 days, shipping costs €7.50 per package.A dispatch in the name of the customer to employees, for example, is not a problem

Graphic
Our graphics department specializes in creating templates and optimizing print motifs for textile printing. In order to achieve a perfect result, we need suitable digital files as a print template.

If you are unable to provide us with suitable print data, we will be happy to implement your ideas. We would be happy to prepare your company logo for printing and are available to advise you on how your motif can be implemented in the most sensible way.

Sustainability
We only trade textiles from suppliers who stand for high social standards and fair working conditions and who use environmental resources responsibly.

We value human-ecologically harmless products. Therefore, all our textiles are tested for harmful substances and certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Our textile printing inks are phthalate-free and tested for harmful substances, our embroidery threads are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and GOTS certified.
On request, we use appropriate GOTS-certifiable printing inks (e.g. in the case of eco-textiles with GOTS certification such as children’s clothing).
Our company is supplied with 100% green electricity, which is electrical energy that comes exclusively from renewable energy sources.
